If your item is faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item, in perfect condition within the original packaging, within 28 days. Please contact us at onlinesdx@gmail.com to arrange your refund.
Please email sdxsarah@gmail.com with your order number as the reference, to confirm your reason for return, and we will confirm once received. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return postage costs. A full refund, not including postage and packaging costs, will be issued to the bank account or PayPal address originally used to pay for the item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Please note that because the artists themselves will be filling your order (not the staff at SDX), we will be passing on your address and contact information directly to the artist. We have informed artists that they cannot retain this information after filling your order, in respect to GDPR requirements.
